A new website, built from scratch
For when the old one is past saving, or there isn't one yet. We start with a conversation about what your business actually does today, who you want calling you, and what you need them to do when they arrive.
Then we write and design the thing around that. You get:
- Pages written in plain language, about your real services
- A design made for your business, not a template with your logo dropped in
- Proper behaviour on phones and tablets — where most of your visitors are
- Clear, obvious ways to get in touch on every page
- Set up so Google can actually read and list it

A redesign of the site you've got
Often the bones are fine and the content just stopped being true. A redesign keeps what still works, retires what doesn't, and brings the look up to date.
This is usually the right call when:
- The text is mostly accurate but reads as dated
- It lists products or services you no longer offer
- It looks acceptable on a computer and broken on a phone
- Photos are low quality, stretched, or of things you no longer sell
- You're quietly embarrassed to send anyone to it

Replacing a site stuck on an old platform
A big share of our work. Your site is sitting on something that's expensive, discontinued, or impossible to edit without the person who set it up. We don't work inside those platforms — we build you a new site in our own code and leave the old one behind.
We regularly replace sites stuck on:
- Wix, Squarespace, and Weebly — monthly fees, and the site can't be exported
- Shopify — when you've stopped selling online but still pay for the store
- GoDaddy's website builder — bundled in years ago and never revisited
- Yahoo Small Business and AOL-era hosting — some of it barely still online
- WordPress installs nobody has updated — often a genuine security problem
Your web address stays the same. Visitors don't see a gap. The old bill stops.

Hosting, and actually looking after it
This is the piece that went missing. Someone has to keep the site up, renew things before they lapse, and change the hours when your hours change.
Looking after it means:
- Fast, reliable hosting — and we handle the technical side of it
- The security certificate that stops browsers warning people off your site
- Renewals tracked, so nothing expires because a card on file went stale
- Backups, so a bad day is an inconvenience rather than a catastrophe
- Changes when you need them — you get in touch, and it gets done

Domain name and email rescue
The most stressful calls we get, and usually the fastest to fix. Your domain name and your email are separate systems that happen to share a name, which is exactly why they're so confusing — and why one breaks when somebody touches the other.
Domains
- Working out who actually controls your domain — and getting it back into your name
- Recovering access when the person who registered it is long gone
- Moving a domain to a registrar you can log into yourself
- Rescuing an expired domain, and stopping it happening again
- Telling the real renewal notices apart from the scare-letter scams

How it works
What happens after you book.
The call
Thirty minutes. We pull your site up together and go through it. We'll ask what your business does now, what you want visitors to do, and what's been frustrating you. Nothing to prepare.
The plan and the price
Within a couple of days you get a short written plan: what we'd do, what it costs, and how long it takes. One page, no jargon. Say no and that's genuinely fine.
The build and the handover
We build it, show you drafts as we go, and handle the domain, hosting, and email switchover. Then we keep looking after it — so you have someone to call again.
Being straight with you
What we don't take on.
Everything above, we build in our own code. That means a few clear limits: we don't build on Squarespace, Wix or Shopify, we don't work inside a platform we didn't build, we don't take over vibe-coded sites, and we don't try to revive a site on a retired platform like Yahoo or AOL — we replace it.
In every one of those cases, what we'll offer is to build it properly instead. The upside of doing it our way is that you own the result outright, it's 100% transferable, and you could host it yourself if you ever wanted to.
The money question
What does it cost?
It depends on the state of the site, and we'd rather be honest about that than post a number that turns out to be wrong for you. Tidying up a site that's basically sound and rebuilding one from nothing are very different jobs, and quoting either of them sight unseen would mean guessing.
So the order is: we spend half an hour looking at your site together, then we send you a written price for the actual work in front of us. The call costs nothing, and there's no obligation at the end of it.
What we'll also tell you on that call: if your site only needs a small repair, or if you're better off leaving it alone for now. Both happen, and saying so is cheaper for everyone than selling you a project you don't need.
